Daniel (he/him/his) represents trade unions and non-union employees in the areas of labour, employment, human rights, and administrative law, with a particular emphasis on privacy and human rights issues. 

Daniel brings a thoughtful and big-picture approach to issues faced by unions and employees in the modern workplace. He has appeared before federal and provincial labour arbitrators and boards, human rights tribunals, and the B.C. Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Before joining Moore Edgar Lyster LLP as an associate, Daniel clerked at the B.C. Supreme Court and articled with the firm. During law school he worked for the Law Students' Legal Advice Program, and provided research assistance to a professor and West Coast LEAF. When not working, Daniel was busy studying and earning academic awards in constitutional, public, labour and administrative law. 

Daniel currently volunteers with Access Pro Bono, providing free legal services to low-income individuals.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys exploring new restaurants and reading Russian literature.
